The easiest way to do this ist oassign unique names to different devices in a room.Another way to identify them is to check their colour coding.In any given room,each device is assigned a unique colour code.For example,every switch has a small coloured dot on the bottom left corner of its icon that indicates which device it belongs to.
To see the colour coding of the new switch,go to settings > devices.Click on the assigned room.The coloured vertical line next to the device name indicates its colour coding.
